Task Manager

The Task Manager is an application designed to work as “middleware” between the information and the existing management systems, providing means (interfaces) for assistance and notification of stakeholders.

The Task Manager, in the way it can be applied in various business sectors, comprises some vertical modules, aimed to each sector.

For the industrial sector:

  • Status monitoring of productive resources.
  • Monitoring of production orders and / or working and / or assembly.
  • Monitoring times planned versus actual times.
  • Deviation prediction (quantities, lead times and planned delivery).
  • Records of internal logistical movements of the production process.
  • Support balancing of production lines / cells.
  • Registration of quantities qualification (realized, missing, waste, scrap, rework, ..).
  • Monitoring “production supermarkets” – LEAN methods.
  • Implementation of dynamic frameworks for dissemination and update in real-time KPIs.
  • Bidirectional integration engine with Production Management ERP.

For Construction:

  • Status monitoring and allocation of productive resources.
  • Registration and validation of access to the yard.
  • Direct and automatic imput of times (Time anda Attendance) for activities by specialty or job site.
  • Status monitoring and validity of documents for each employee (associated with access to work / site) or by notification to the supervisor or chief administrative in charge.
  • Creation of an individual form of work hours with time bank management.
  • Possibility of complementing with access and use of canteen / cafeteria.
  • Bidirectional integration engine with the Work Management ERP.

For cleanings Sector:

  • Individual or team registration.
  • Possibility of building a work map (planning schedules) with allocation of 1 employee (or team) to different cost centers (clients) on the same day.
  • Registration of the execution of specific contracted or loose services (façade cleaning, glass, ..).
  • Status monitoring and validity of documents for each employee (associated with access to work / site) or by notification to the supervisor or chief administrative in charge.
  • Creation of an individual form of work hours with time bank management.
  • Possibility of complementing with access and use of canteen / cafeteria.
  • Bidirectional integration engine with the ERP Production and Compensation Management.

Maintenance and Field Services:

  • Work orders pull (portfolio of outstanding work and ongoing).
  • Resources pull (state and affectation in real time).
  • Possibility of registration (by the employee or team) through smartphone with location tagging (geotagging).
  • Data Crossing: Time and Attendance, work hours in the client, inactivity at the work site, time spent traveling and breaks.
  • Bidirectional integration engine with the Management ERP.
